SHIPPING METHODS: Orders are shipped using FEDEX or common carrier depending on best method as determine5d by DeWitt Products. Orders usually ship in 1-5 business days depending on stock. Shipping available within the continental United States only.
SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges are calculated on this website for shipments within continental USA. Shipping charges are estimates only and you will be notified if different.
REFUSED SHIPMENT: Customers shall be charged all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee for all refused shipments. This covers the cost to receive and inspect all returned items.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: DeWitt Products is not liable for damage or loss of merchandise after it leaves our premises. If shipment shows evidence of damage, the package must be opened before signing the delivery receipt. If damage or loss is evident, it must be noted on the carriers’ delivery sheet. Then file a claim with the carrier and notify us.
CANCELED ORDER: If after you place your order you decide to cancel your order, we will gladly do so only if the order has not been shipped. To cancel your order you must notify us no later than the next business day after placing your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS: All returns must be authorized by DeWitt Products Company. Contact our office for more information.
SALES TAX INFORMATION: If required by law, DeWitt Products will add sales tax to the order to be paid by the customer. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders to be delivered in the State of Michigan. If you are TAX-EXEMPT, send us your form for us to keep on file.
WARRANTY: The following warranty is in lieu of all expressed implied warranties, namely that all goods are manufactured of good quality materials. Our liability for damages shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the goods.
