DeWitt’s COOL-TOP White Silicone Mastic is a single part flashing sealant that can be used on roof fasteners, transitions, seams, and penetrations to seal, protect, or repair various roof types. It is strong and durable, retaining its strength even on penetrations and fasteners with movement. It is weatherproof, does not degrade in sunlight, and is mold and mildew resistant.
